Do More With Your Dog!® Refund/Cancellation Policy
Events, Workshops, Seminars, Camps

Event Cancellation by Sponsor:

Do More With Your Dog!® reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If DMWYD cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

If DMWYD cancels an event in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, DMWYD has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

If DMWYD cancels or reschedules the event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we are not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation.

Do More With Your Dog! patchRegistration Cancellation by Participant:

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 15 business days before the event. No refunds will be given within 15 business days before the event; please plan accordingly.

Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $75 service fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone (661-942-2429), fax (206-339-7011), or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all DMWYD Events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly.

Registration Transfer Policy:

Registrants may transfer the financial value of their event registration to a co-worker for a $35 processing fee unless specifically stated otherwise on registration materials. Notify DMWYD of the transfer via phone, fax, or email. Transfer service fee is $35 if the transfer is requested prior to 15 business days before the event. Transfer service fee is $150 if requested within 15 business days prior to the event.

Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather the following procedures will be followed:

1. The event will be delayed one day in hopes the inclement weather will pass.

2. If inclement weather persists for the second day, the event will be cancelled and a 50% credit will be issued for all registered participants. No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather.

3. If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather prior to event weekend, a 50% credit will be issued for all registered participants. No refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Content of Event:

It is understood that Do More With Your Dog!® shall have the exclusive control over the means, method, and details of presenting the event, except for event duration and time. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend due to sickness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, an experienced replacement instructor shall present the material.

Conference Materials:

Conference materials for registered participants who are, for whatever reason, unable to attend will be mailed to the address we have on file.
